You can cancel your BridgeCast subscription at any time. This is easily done from your BridgeCast account or our support team can do it for you. Please note that when you cancel, you will lose access to the videos, but anytime you resubscribe, access to all your previous videos will return at no extra cost.
Our "A La Carte" option (previously ‘Freeze’), means you can curate your own video collections from our vast BridgeCast Catalogue and maintain an ongoing subscription. This option can also be chosen as an alternative to cancelling a ‘New Video’ subscription, where you will maintain access to your previous Library of videos.
Daily subscriptions offer access to one new video every day, Lite subscriptions offer access to three new videos a week. The weekly quiz is included with a Daily subscription and you can add the quiz to a Lite subscription for an extra cost through our BridgeCast Catalogue.
